Mari Badders is a driven, passionate lawyer. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Japanese Studies where she was awarded Summa Cum Laude in 2013. Upon graduating, Mari was commissioned as an officer in the US Army where she has served since 2010. She continues to serve in the Army Reserves as an instructor/professor at Stephen F. Austin State University in the ROTC Department. Mari earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2015.
Mrs. Badders has gained experience working for the District Attorney’s office in Harris County, and as an attorney representing numerous businesses affected by the 2010 BP Gulf Oil Spill. Mari has assisted in text book and law review publications on National Security Law and Prosecution of Human Traffickers, and most recently has joined her father-in-law, Jeff Badders, to fight against the insurance companies and protect her clients' interests.
